摘要
针对CRT玻璃的化学组成特点,采用趋利避害原则,提出了CRT玻璃的资源化方法和再利用途径,建议将无铅屏玻璃部分制备成泡沫玻璃、玻璃棉等建筑保温材料,将含铅部分的锥玻璃和颈玻璃部分作为核电站的防辐射混凝土、医院和检测机构的X射线透射室的屏蔽窗玻璃,采用化学或物理铅冶炼工艺进行铅提取,以期推动和促进CRT玻璃安全环保利用。
Some means of the CRT glass recycling are proposed, according to chemical composition characteris- tics of CRT glass and avoiding disadvantages. Parts of the lead-free screen glass can be insulation materials as foam glass and glass wool, then the leaded parts of cone glass and necked glass can be shielding concrete of nuclear power plant, shielding window glass of the hospitals and testing organizations X-ray transmission chamber, and raw mate- rials of lead extracting through process of chemical or physical method. By these ways the safety and environmental use of CRT glass can be promoted and facilitated.
