摘要 综述了ZrO2的晶体结构特点,详细解析了各种不同晶型的差别与相互转变方式,以Y2O3为例,分析了掺杂稳定ZrO2的高温相结构的机理。介绍了ZrO2陶瓷的力学性质,指出晶型稳定化是ZrO2陶瓷应用的重要前提,并详细说明了ZrO2陶瓷增韧的主要原理和应用方法。相关原理和方法可为研究ZrO2陶瓷提供参考。 The crystallographic structures and form of phase transformations in ZrOz ceramics are reviewed. The mechanism of stabilizing high temperature phase Zr(h by means of doping other cations are introduced using Y2 03 as the representative. The mechanical performances of ZrO2 are introduced. It is pointed out that crystallographic sta- bilization is the key in applications, the mechanism and methods of reinforcing ceramics by ZrO2 via taking advantage of its phase changes are also introduced. The mechanism and methods may provide the reference for studying ZrO2 ce- ramics.
