摘要
目的探讨中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液和/或注入药物留置期间采用思乐扣固定胸腔引流管与传统方法固定胸腔引流管效果的不同。方法选取同一时期30例采用中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液和(或)注入药物的患者,在留置胸腔引流管期间,8例采用思乐扣固定胸腔引流管的患者作为观察组,22例传统方法固定胸腔引流管的患者作为对照组,比较2组并发症发生率、患者舒适度、接受程度。结果思乐扣固定组无并发症发生,患者接受程度高,舒适性好;传统方法固定组并发症发生率为22.7%,患者舒适度低,接受程度低。结论采用思乐扣固定胸腔引流管优于胶布和贴膜等传统方法固定胸腔引流管,是值得推广的固定胸腔引流管的方法。
Objective To compare the drainage effects between Statlock fixation of intrathoracic drainage tube and conventional fixation of intrathoracic drainage tube in patients with drainage of pleural effusion by central venous catheter or indwelling medicine.Methods 30 patients with drainage of pleural effusion by central venous catheter or indwelling medicine were selected and divided into two groups.The observation group（n=8） was treated with Statlock fixation of intrathoracic drainage tube,while the control group（n=22） was treated with conventional fixation of intrathoracic drainage tube.Incidence rate of complications,comfortable degree and compliance were compared between two groups.Results Incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 0.0%,which was significantly lower than 22.7% in the control group;the comfortable degree and compliance in the observation group were better than that in the control group.Conclusion Efficacy of Statlock fixation of intrathoracic drainage tube is better than the conventional fixation method,so it is worthy of application and popularization.
