摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清网膜素与体脂参数、糖脂代谢、胰岛素抵抗及内脂素的相关性。方法选取2012年10—12月本院新诊断的T2DM患者45例,另选取同期体检健康者28例。采用ELISA法检测空腹血清网膜素-1与内脂素水平,同时检测空腹血糖(FPG)、口服葡萄糖耐量试验2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂等各项指标及空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平,计算体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比值(WHR)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并分析网膜素-1与各指标之间的关系。结果与对照组相比,糖尿病组血清网膜素-1水平明显降低[(68.6±11.27)μg/L∶(29.8±5.19)μg/L,P<0.05],内脂素水平明显升高[(9.37±0.85)μg/L∶(18.67±7.98)μg/L,P<0.05],血清网膜素-1水平与WHR、HOMA-IR、甘油三酯、2hPG、内脂素均呈负相关(r分别为-0.31,-0.29,-0.46,-0.376,-0.040,P<0.05)。结论血清网膜素-1水平与糖脂代谢相关,可能在糖尿病的发生发展中起一定作用。
Objective To assay the serum omentin and vifastin level in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients and investigate the relationship between serum omentin level and body fat parameters,glycolipid metabolism and visfatin levels.Methods The fasting serum levels of omentin and vifatin were detected by ELISA in 45 T2DM patients and 28 healthy controls.Meanwhile,detas were also abstained including blood glucose,HbA1c,lipids,insulin levels,body mass index(BMI),waist hip ratio(WHR)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR).The relationship of serum omentin level and those indictors was analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the serum omentin level was significantly lower and visfatin level was significantly higher in T2DM group[(68.6±11.27)μg/L vs(29.8±5.19) μg/L,(9.37±0.85)μg/L vs(18.67±7.98) μg/L,P〈0.05].Partial correlation analysis showed that negatively correlated to WHR,HOMA-IR,triglycerides(TG),2 hour OGTT glucose(2hPG)and visfatin(r=-0.31,-0.29,-0.46,-0.376,and-0.040 respectively,P〈0.05).Conclusion The serum omentin level is correlated with glycolipid metabolism.Serum omentin may contributed to the pathogenesis of Diabetes mellitus.
