摘要
目的探讨应用优质护理模式对新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的影响。方法将200例行机械通气的新生儿随机分为观察组98例和对照组102例,观察组患儿采用优质护理模式,对照组患儿实施机械通气常规护理,比较2组患儿的VAP发生率及机械通气时间。结果观察组患儿机械通气时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01),且VAP发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论对行机械通气的新生儿实施优质护理有利于缩短新生儿机械通气时间,且对降低VAP发生率具有重要价值,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of quality nursing on the treatment of neona- tus with ventilator- associated pneumonia （VAP）. Methods 200 neonatus with mechanical venti- lation were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 98） and control group （ n = 102）. The ob- servation group was conducted with quality nursing, while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing. Incidence rate of VAP and duration of mechanical ventilation were compared between two groups. Results Duration of mechanical ventilation in the observation group was sig- nificantly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）, and incidence rate of VAP was signifi- cantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Implementation of quality nursing for neonatus with mechanical ventilation can shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation and reduce the incidence rate of VAP, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
