摘要
以β-紫罗兰酮为原料,经Baeyer-Villiger氧化重排反应,生成相应的烯醇酯,而后对该酯进行碱性水解,即得β-环高柠檬醛。传统方法使用高浓度的过氧乙酸,该酸在常温下不够稳定,有爆炸的危险,而且难于制备。笔者对传统方法进行改进,降低了过氧乙酸的浓度,使用15%的过氧乙酸制备了含量95%的环高柠檬醛。为该产品的工业化提供了一种安全的生产路线。
β-Ionone is used as raw material to prepare enol-ester via Baeyer-Villiger oxidation rearrangement reaction.Then β-homocyclocitral is produced by alkaline hydrolysis of the enol-ester.The traditional way is to use peracetic acid with high concentration.However,this acid is not stable in normal temperature,explosive and difficult to be produced.In this paper,the traditional method was improved by decreasing the concentration of peracetic acid,and peracetic acid of 15% was used to prepareβ-homocyclocitral of 95%,which can provide a safe solution for the product industrialization.
