摘要
目的 :探讨氦 -氖 (He -Ne)激光对机体的免疫刺激作用机制。方法 :将小鼠随机分成 3组 ,1个对照组 ,2个激光照射的不同时间组 ,采取吖啶橙显示细胞DNA和RNA的荧光染色法 ,观察He-Ne激光照射对淋巴细胞内DNA和RNA含量的影响。结果 :各照射组DNA和RNA较对照组明显增多 ,同时可见浆细胞及其各种过渡形态。结论 :He -Ne激光可激活淋巴细胞 ,促进淋巴细胞的增殖和分化 ,从而增强机体的免疫力。
Objective:To research the effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on immunity of organism.Methods:Thirty mice were divided into three groups.GroupⅡ~Ⅲ mice were radiated with He-Ne laser at different time on Sheque acupoint,observing the changes of DNA and RNA of lymphocytes with fluorescence microscope.Results:The DNA and RNA of irradiated groups were higher than that of control group,and appeared plasma cells as well as vary morpology of transition at the same time.Conclusion:He-Ne laser may increase lymphocytes proliferation,divide and give rise to plasma cells that synthesize the antibody against the antigen,enhance organic immunity.
