摘要
目的观察白花香莲解毒方联合西药治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的104例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组52例。对照组给予西医综合治疗方案,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用白花香莲解毒方口服。两组疗程均为4周,观察临床疗效及肝功能(TBIL、ALB、ALT、CHE)、凝血功能(PT、PTA)变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为90.38%、75.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后TBIL、ALB、ALT、CHE及PT、PTA均明显改善(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白花香莲解毒方联合西药治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎,具有良好的保肝护肝、退黄、改善凝血功能等作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Baihua Xianglian Jiedu Formula＂ combined with conventional western medical therapy in treating severe chronic hepatitis B （ SCHB ）. Methods One hundred and four cases were randomized into two groups ： control group in which 52 cases were treated by comprehensive therapy of western medicine, and treatment group in which 52 cases were added to ＂Baihua Xianglian Jiedu Formula＂ orally, with the course of 4 weeks. The changes of liver function （TBL, ALB, ALT and C HE） and coagulation function （PT, PTA） were observed. Results The total effective rate was 90.38% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of TBL, ALB, ALT, CHE, PT and PTA were improved markedly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; with significant differences in the indicators between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Baihua Xianglian Jiedu Formula＂ and western medicine is effective to protect liver, removing jaundice and improve coagulation function in patients with SCHB.
