摘要
为探讨如何降低阴道助产对母儿的并发症,回顾性分析我院近3年头位阴道助产144例临床资料,并与同期单胎头位自然分娩产妇100例做对照。结果显示阴道助产对母体的主要影响有软产道损伤、感染及产后出血。对新生儿的主要影响有新生儿窒息及产伤。结果表明,正确掌握阴道助产术的指征和操作方法,避免产程延长,缩短早期破膜时间等均为减少手术并发症的措施。
To investigate the effects of operative vaginal delivery on mothers and neonates, in order to decrease the complications of the operation. 144 cases of operative vaginal delivery in cephalic presentation were analysed retrospectiely in our hospital in recent years,and compared with those in normal parturients. The results showed that the main effects on the mothers and neonates were injury of the soft birth canal.infection,postpar-tum hemorrhage,asphyxia and getting hurt of neonates. The results indicate that mastering proper indication, avoiding longer the stage of labor,shortenning the period of premature rupture of membrane,all can prevent the complications of the operation.
