关于1型糖尿病的诊断及患者数量的思考 被引量：4

摘要 1型糖尿病曾被称为＂胰岛素依赖型糖尿病＂、＂青少年起病的糖尿病＂、＂自身免疫性糖尿病＂等,这些名称反映了该病的一些临床特征.时至1997和1998年,美国糖尿病学会（American Diabetes Association,ADA）[1]和世界卫生组织（world health organization,WHO）[2]先后建议以＂1型糖尿病＂正式命名该病并逐渐被世界各国广泛接受.然而,由于1型糖尿病具有广泛的异质性（包括种族差异）,现行各大指南、共识声明均未提出过明确的1型糖尿病诊断或分型标准.
