纳米结构氧化铁棒束的制备、表征及光学性质 被引量:1

Synthesis,Characterization and Optical Properties of Nanostructure α-Fe_2O_3 Rod Bundles

摘要 以三氯化铁(FeCl3.6H2O)和氨三乙酸(N(CH2COOH)3)为主要原料,在160℃反应12 h得到了空心管状的白色前驱体,再经500℃煅烧2 h得到了纳米结构氧化铁棒束。通过热重分析(TG)、光学显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)对所得产物进行了表征。结果表明:所得白色前驱体经500℃煅烧后全部转化为六方相的氧化铁(α-Fe2O3),形貌为含微孔结构的棒束,直径约为2μm,其结构单元为含微孔结构的纳米棒,这些棒的直径为30~50 nm,长度约16μm;紫外数据表明所得氧化铁棒束的最大吸收波长为546 nm,带宽吸收约在685 nm处,发生红移。 The tubular precursor was first prepared using FeCl3.6H2O and N(CH2COOH) 3 as the reactants at 160 ℃ for 12 h;and then after the as-prepared precursor was calcined at 500 ℃ for 2 h,the rod-like ferric oxide was further obtained.The as-obtained products were characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis(TG),optical microscope,X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR) and Ultraviolet-visible spectrometer(UV-Vis).The results showed that the as-prepared ferric oxide(α-Fe2O3) had a hexagonal structure and morphology of the porous rod bundles with average diameter of 2 μm.Its structure units were the porous nanorods,which had a diameter of 30-50 nm and the length of 16 μm.Ultraviolet-Visible(UV-Vis) datas indicated that the maximum absorption wavelength of the as-prepared α-Fe2O3 was 546 nm,and its band gap absorption edge was around 685 nm,and a red shift was observed.
