摘要
车标识别在智能交通系统中扮演重要角色,对于完善智能交通系统有重要的意义,车标的精确定位是车标识别的前提。目前车标定位的一些方法往往存在定位较慢、正确率不高等问题。为了实现一种定位速度快、准确性高、实用性强的车标定位方法,采用了一种先进行车标粗定位,再基于对粗定位车标图像的投影,提出一系列新算法进行车标精定位。实验结果表明,将该方法用于车标定位中,准确率高,速度较快,能够完成车标的精确定位,具有一定的使用价值。
Vehicle-logo identification plays an important role in the intelligent traffic management.It is important meaningful to improve the intelligent traffic management.locating the vehicle-logo coarsely is the premise of the vehicle-logo identification.At present there are some methods of vehicle-logo location,but they work slowly or have low accuracy problems.For achieving a fast and high accuracy and practical method of the vehicle-logo location,we adopt a kind of positioning methods that we locate the vehicle-logo coarsely first and then take a series of algorithms based on the vehicle-logo image projection to locate vehicle-logo coarsely.The experimental results show that with this method of vehicle-logo location,it can complete the vehicle-logo location accurately and fast and with high accuracy,it has some practical values.
