指出了施工管理是工程项目管理中最重要的组成部分,是对施工准备、施工、竣工审计等整个过程的合理优化。分析了施工过程中的难点、要点及亮点,对组织、质量、进度、成本、安全以及资料等管理方面进行了项目探讨,阐述了管理要点。重点对景观理念的特色、技术创新、团队建设、成本控制等环节进行了研究。
Construction management is the most important part in engineering project management, and it isthe reasonable optimization of the whole process of construction preparation, construction and the completion audit. This article analyzes the difficulties, key points and highlights during the construction process, andconducts analysis oi organization, quality, schedule, cost, saiety and data management of the project, and also elaborates the management points. Moreover, the article focuses on discussing the landscape characteristics,technology innovation, team construction, and cost control, etc.
