摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对中西医结合治疗异位妊娠患者的疗效及依从性的影响。方法:将146例进行异位妊娠保守治疗的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各73例,两组患者依据病情均采取中西医结合的治疗手段进行保守治疗;对照组治疗期间实施常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上实施全程护理干预。比较两组异位妊娠保守治疗患者的治疗效果及对医生治疗的依从性。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.9%,对照组为83.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组完全依从为74.0%,对照组完全依从为37.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据异位妊娠患者的具体情况进行适当的护理干预,可提高患者对治疗异位妊娠的认知程度,有效改善患者的消极情绪,提高患者的治疗依从性,增强临床治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the curative effect and patient＇s compliance in the treatment of pa- tients with ectopic pregnancy by the combined treatment of TCM and Western medicine. Methods ： 146 patients with ectopic pregnancy who received conservative treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （ 73 cases in each group ）. The rou- tine nursing care was taken in the control group and the whole course nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group. The curative effect and the treatment compliance of patients were compared between the two groups. Results ： The effective rate of treatment was 95.9% in the observation group and 83.6% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ;the percentage of complete treatment complicane of patients was 74% in the observation group and 37% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The proper nursing intervention can improve the cognitive level of the patients on treatment of ectopic pregnancy,effectively relieve the patient＇s negative mood so as to improve the treat- ment compliance of the patients.
