摘要
以11家城市污水处理厂作为事件,各厂的可废弃程度的分级作为对策,构成局势。采用灰色局势决策原理建立数学模型,以污水处理厂的各项现状指标作为目标,通过将不同量纲的目标量值以效果测度统一计量,并根据综合效果测度确定最优局势,对11家污水处理厂的综合优劣性能进行量化排序,废弃、保留规划去向进行评价,所得结论具有客观性和实用性。
The multi-target grey decision theory was firstly applied to the study of layout planning of city sewage treatment plants. In this paper, each of the 11 sewage treatment plants was taken as a event and its grade to be discarded as a strategy, then the situation was set up. The optimum situation was made by using comprehensive effect measures which came from the parameters of the plants present situations as the targets. The quantitative sequence of the plants effects was ordered for making the decision to abolish or remain them and the results of the calculation were objective and practicable.
