摘要 随着我国经济飞速发展,能源供给形势日趋紧张,带式输送机高效、稳定的运行已经成为煤炭生产的必要条件。带式输送机控制复杂、工作效率低、故障率高等特性严重制约着当前大中煤矿企业现代化、集约化发展。采用高压变频器对煤矿企业的带式输送机控制方式进行调速改造,提高带式输送机运行稳定性,增加煤矿企业经济效益已势在必行。 With China's rapid economic development, energy supply situation is becoming increasingly tense, the efficient and stable operation of belt conveyor in coal production has become a necessary condition. The control complexity, low efficiency, high failure rate and other characteristics of belt conveyor have seriously restricting the modernization and intensive development of current large/medium coal mining enterprises. Adopts high voltage frequency converter for the speed reconstruction on belt conveyor of coal enterprise, improve the operational stability of belt conveyor, it is imperative to increase the economic benefit of coal mining enterprises.
