摘要
通过对江苏四所省部属高校大学生3 220份有效问卷的调查分析发现,大学生参与社团活动的程度对其社会化进程有显著影响,总体上呈正比例关系,但过度参与社团会产生负面作用;目前大学生参与社团的程度不高,主要原因在于社团活动相对不多且质量不高。提出要通过引导社团参与、加强社团监管、指导社团自律、培训社团干部、提升活动质量来提升大学生参与社团的程度,促进大学生社会化。
According to the data analysis of 3 220 valid questionnaires by college students from four provincial colleges and universities in Jiangsu, the degree of college students＇ participation in society has a significant impact on the process of their socialization. On the whole, a positive correlation is found between them. However, exces- sive participation in student society will have a negative effect. At present, the degree of college students＇ partici- pation in society is low, which is mainly due to the lack of society activities and the lowness of their quality. In or- der to promote the degree of college students＇ participation in society and facilitate their socialization, more efforts should be put to lead the participation in student society, strengthen the supervision on student society, guide the self- regulation of student society, train society cadres, and improve the quality of activities.
