摘要
目的总结开展硬膜外麻醉下Modified Kugel补片在腹股沟疝前入路腹膜前间隙修补术中的应用体会。方法对2012年6月至2012年9月濮阳市油田总医院应用Modified Kugel补片进行腹股沟疝前入路腹膜前间隙修补患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结。结果入组患者手术顺利,术后切口均甲级愈合。术后阴囊水肿2例,均于1周内自行消肿。纳入临床路径管理后,住院时间为临床路径管理规定期限5～7d。缩短了住院日,住院费用也相应减少。随访3个月,无复发。结论 Modified Kugel补片进行腹股沟疝前入路腹膜前间隙修补术更符合人体的生理解剖,实现了全腹股沟区的增强修复,安全可靠,复发率低,纳入临床路径管理后,有效减少了住院日和住院费用。
Objective To summarize the experience in treatment of inguinal hernia with Modified Kugel patch in preperitoneal space under epidural anesthesia. Methods A total of 39 cases with inguinal hernia were subjected to Modified Kugel patch tension-free inguinal hernia repair under epidural anesthesia and retrospectively analyzed from June 2012 to September 2012 in Puyang City Oil Field General Hospital. Results All these patients experienced a successful operation and the incisions were cured, with no recurrence based on current follow up. Under the clinical pathway, the length of stay and the cost in hospital could be effectively decreased. Conclusions It is better for anatomic structure by treating inguinal hernia with Modified Kugel patch, all the inguinal regions can be restored with less recurrence. The length of stay and the cost in hospital could be decreased significantly.
