摘要
为有效量化评估铁路运输安全风险,基于层次分析法和模糊数学理论,构建铁路运输安全风险评估指标体系。通过对某车辆段车轮车间轮对组装班组进行车轴探伤岗位的冷切轴和人身伤害风险的量化评估,说明该方法可以较好地解决评估中不易量化和主观性等问题,有效提高铁路运输安全风险评估的科学性和合理性。
In order to take effective quantitative evaluation on risk of railway transport safety,based on AHP method and fuzzy mathematics theory,the risk evaluation index system of railway transport safety was established.Through taking quantitative evaluation on cold-cutting axle and personal injury risk of axle detection post for the wheel-set assembly team of certain rolling stock depot wheel workshop,the evaluation method shows that it could solve the problems in the evaluation which are subjective and difficult to quantify,and could also increase effectively the scientificalness and rationality of the risk evaluation of railway transport safety.
