摘要
笔者认为 ,“科技兴西”是西部大开发战略的核心。在简要回顾近年来上海市服务与参与西部大开发的现状及存在问题之后 ,提出了上海市与西部科技合作的总体思路与具体对策措施。
Science and technology is the core strategy in the West Development. With the reviews of the participation of Shanghai in the West Development in recent years, this paper brings forward some ideas and countermeasures in the science and technology corporation of the two areas.
