摘要
目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗老年反流性食管炎的疗效。方法:将患者60例随机分为治疗组30例与对照组30例。治疗组服用半夏泻心汤为基础,对照组服用埃素美拉唑和多潘立酮。两组连服8周为1个疗程。结果:临床疗效治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率80.00%,内镜下反流性食管炎改变治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率76.67%。两组疗效经统计学处理有显著性差异。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗老年反流性食管炎疗效显著。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Banxia Xiexin decoction in treating senile reflux esophagitis. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into a treated group of 30 patients and the control group of 30 patients, in the treated group taking the Banxia Xiexin decoction more than taking omeprazole and domperidone in another group. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treated group was 90.00% in the control group was 80.00%, endoscopic reflux esophagitis change the treated group, the total efficiency was 93.33% in the control group was 76.67%. There are two groups were statistically significant differences. Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin decoction senile reflux esophagitis significant effect
