摘要
以军曹鱼(Rachycentron canadum)为实验对象,探讨饲料中添加牛磺酸和胆固醇对军曹鱼生长、体组成及相关生理指标的影响。以玉米蛋白粉含量40%、鱼粉含量16.8%的饲料作为基础饲料(对照组),在基础饲料中分别添加1.0%的牛磺酸(T-1%)、1.0%的胆固醇(C-1%)及同时添加1.0%的牛磺酸和1.0%的胆固醇(TC),得到4组实验饲料。实验鱼初始体重(108.2±3.0)g,养殖7周。相比对照组,饲料中添加1.0%的牛磺酸显著提高了军曹鱼的存活率、摄食率、特定生长率、饲料效率和蛋白储积率(P<0.05);添加1.0%的胆固醇对上述指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。添加1.0%牛磺酸组全鱼粗蛋白和粗脂肪水平显著高于对照组,鱼体水分含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);添加1.0%胆固醇组全鱼粗脂肪水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),水分、粗蛋白和灰分的含量无显著变化。添加1.0%牛磺酸组血浆总蛋白含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),添加1.0%胆固醇组血浆胆固醇水平显著上升(P<0.05)。饲料中添加牛磺酸和胆固醇对军曹鱼的肠道消化酶、肝脏转氨酶活力均无显著影响(P>0.05)。同时添加1.0%牛磺酸和1.0%胆固醇无叠加效应。
The study was conducted to investigate the performance, body composition and plasma metabolites gluten meal (CGM) diets. A basal diet (control) with effects of dietary taurine and cholesterol on growth of cobia (Rachycentron canadum L. ) fed high corn 16.8% fish meal and 40% CGM was formulated. The other three experimental diets were prepared with the supplementation of 1.0% cholesterol, 1.0% taurine and a combination of 1.0% cholesterol and 1.0% taurine to the basal diet. The results showed that fish fed the diet with 1.0% taurine had significantly higher survival, feed intake (FI), specific growth rate (SGR), protein productive value (PPV), and feed efficiency ratio (FER) than those of fish fed the control diet (P〈0.05). However, compared with the control, these indexes were not significantly different in fish fed the diet with 1.0% cholesterol. Fish fed the diet with 1.0% taurine had significantly higher whole-body crude protein and crude lipid contents (P〈0. 05), and significantly lower whole-body mois- ture (P〈0.05). Fish fed the diet with 1.0% cholesterol had significantly higher whole-body crude lipid contents (P〈0.05) and similar whole body moisture, crude protein and ash among fish fed the control di- et and diet with 1.0Y0 cholesterol. Compared with the control, fish fed the diet with 1.0% taurine had significantly higher plasma total protein content (P〈0. 05), and fish fed the diet with 1.0% cholesterol had significantly higher plasma cholesterol content (P〈0.05). No synergistic effects of dietary taurine and cholesterol were observed in present study.
