摘要
在地区电网系统中由于电容器投切不及时,损坏率高,维修时间长,对用户和发电厂的电容投入运行管理不到位等一系列问题,导致电网对无功调节和控制不利,有时还出现电网向大用户倒送无功的现象,电网的电压质量低下,电压稳定性差,无法达到电网考核标准。本文通过对准格尔旗电网无功电压存在问题进行分析,提出了加强对地区电网无功补偿装置以及电厂和用户无功考核管理等方面来提高电网电压质量,以保证电网安全、稳定、经济的运行。
