摘要
随着国民经济的不断增长,建筑业得到长足发展,并成为我国的支柱产业。如何使房地产企业在激烈竞争的市场经济中永葆青春,如何提升房地产企业经济效益是当下企业所考虑并解决的问题。笔者结合多年工作经验,分析了房地产项目开发成本管理工作中存在的问题,并对其提出若干解决措施。
Along with the continuous growth of national economy, the construction industry has been rapid development, and become the pillar industry of our country. How to make the real estate enterprises to keep youth in the fierce competition of the market economy, how to improve the economic efficiency of real estate enterprise is the current enterprise considered and solve problems. Combined with many years of work experience, the author analyzes the existence of the real estate project development cost management problem in the work, and puts forward some measures to solve.
