摘要
利用PCR反应体系,对番茄回交群体共862株进行番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(Tomato yellow leaf curl virus,TYLCV)抗性基因Ty-1和Ty-3的鉴定。试验结果表明:44个BF1代分离群体中含有TYLCV抗性基因Ty-1的有43个,共387株,其中3个分离群体共49株中含有纯合Ty-1基因;含有TYLCV抗性基因Ty-3基因的分离群体有34个,共221株;同时含有TYLCV抗性基因Ty-1及Ty-3基因的材料有31个分离群体,共198株,本次试验使用的标记能够有效筛选出含有TYLCV抗性基因Ty-1和Ty-3的植株,为分子辅助育种提供参考依据。
Identified of the resistance genes Ty-1 and Ty-3 to TYLCV of BF1 generation segregating tomato groups which number is 44,and a total of 862 materials,using PCR reaction system in this study. The ex- perimental results showed that. 43 groups which had 387 materials contained Ty-1 resistant gene; 34 groups which had 221 materials contained Ty-3 resistant gene;31 groups which contained Ty-1 and Ty-3 genes were 198 materials. The resistant gene Ty-1 and Ty-3 could be identified by the marks in this study and provide a reference basis for molecular marker assisted breeding.
