摘要
在全球化与快速城市化背景下,创新型城市成为国家、区域参与世界竞争的重要平台,也是提升区域综合实力、激活发展潜力的重要路径。基于现代竞争与创新理论,构建了创新型城市系统;在利用SWOT分析法对武汉城市圈创新型城市群建设分析的基础上,构建武汉城市圈创新型城市评价指标体系与创新路线图;从创新主体、创新资源、创新环境、创新文化、重点工程等角度提出了武汉城市圈创新型城市建设的基本对策。
Under the background of globalization and rapid-urbanization,innovative city became an important window of compete for country and region in the world,and it also is the important road to enhance regional comprehensive strength and activate the regional development potential power.So it is becoming the theme of innovation country,innovation region and innovation-driving development.Based on modern completion theory and innovation theory,built innovation city system;Applied SWOT analysis method to analyze innovation agglomeration development in Wuhan City Circle,and put forward the evaluation index system and roadmap for Wuhan City Circle,.In the end,put forward the basic countermeasures on the level of innovation subject,innovation resources,innovation environment,innovation culture and key projects for innovation-oriented urban agglomeration development in Wuhan City Circle.
