摘要
高瓦斯煤层中掘进巷道需通过布置超前预抽钻孔保护工作面安全掘进。预抽钻孔在松软煤层中施工,易出现塌孔、喷孔、顶钻等异常现象,通过调整钻孔施工设备、使用新型钻具的方案,可有效保证预抽钻孔按设计要求施工,消除巷道前方瓦斯隐患。
Advance pre--drainage boreholes are laid out to ensure safe roadway driving in high--gas seam. Ai- ming at the abnormal phenomenon of hole collapse, hole extrusion and hole push--up, the author introduces the scheme of regulating drilling construction equipment and applying new--type drilling tools, which can effectively guarantee the pre--drainage boreholes construction according to the design requirements and solve the hidden danger of gas in front roadway.
