供应商参与新产品开发的实物期权价值分析

摘要 供应商参与的动机,不仅仅在于向制造商独家(或优先)供应在协同开发产品中所承担开发的系统和零部件获得预期的净现值收益,这一投资行为对供应商的效益还包括增进其创新能力、市场竞争力、产品品质、及财务上的绩效,这可以看作是供应商参与开发所进行的投资的战略性价值。从供应商角度刻画了其参与所能拥有的实物期权价值,识别了供应商参与新产品开发所具有的灵活性期权及递增期权,描述了供应商参与的期权特性。通过研究,有助于管理者能够正确评估参与到合作研发项目中所能得到的包含实物期权价值在内的未来利益。
