摘要
新疆是一个少数民族聚居的大省,新疆高校少数民族大学生所占比例大,关注少数民族大学生的心理健康问题,不仅有利于他们的个人成长成才,而且对于社会的和谐进步,国家的稳定有着非常重要的意义。班主任处于学生管理工作第一线,是与学生接触最多的老师,在少数民族大学生心理危机干预工作中发挥着至关重要的作用。新疆高校应重视班主任队伍建设,充分发挥班主任在危机干预中的作用。
Is an ethnic minority in xinjiang province,the proportion of ethnic minority college students in xinjiang,focus on ethnic minority college students mental health problem,is not only beneficial to their success,personal growth and for social harmony and progress,the stability of the national unity has very important significance.The teacher in charge in the student management work the first line,it is most of the teachers contact with students,in the ethnic minority college students＇ psychological crisis intervention work plays a vital role.Xinjiang colleges and universities should attach importance to the head teacher team construction,give full play to the teacher in charge in the role of crisis intervention.
