采用不同的品种和加工技术制成银针茶 ,探讨品种芽头特性和加工方法对银针茶产品观赏性和内质的影响 ,结果表明 :福安大白、福鼎大毫和楮叶齐 12号是银针茶加工的优良品种 ;
The silver-needle tea products were manufactured by different species of leaf buds and various proceeding techniques. Effect of leaf buds of different species and proceeding methods on the ornamental value and quality of silver needle tea products were explored. The results showed that Fu'an Dabai, Fuding Dahao and Chuyeqi 12 were the excellent improved tea varieties to proceed the silver needle tea, the technology of semi-baking drying method could significantly improve the quality in aroma and taste of silver needle tea products.
