摘要
针对传统的引信测试方法很难应用到硬目标侵彻引信中,文中基于磁场理论提出一种侵彻弹炸点测试与评估技术.利用电磁学的方法在靶体内部建立调制磁场,在侵彻引信中加装磁敏传感器,在侵彻过程中测量靶板中磁场的方向,记录磁场方向反转次数.仿真结果表明:磁场强度变化与线圈中激励电流的变化成正比,调制磁场的周期为线圈间距的4倍,通过磁场的周期特性可以计算出弹体侵彻的深度.
Traditional performance testing methods for penetrating projectile were difficult to apply to the hard target penetration fuze test. A new method based on magnetic field was put forward to measure the depth of the penetrating projectile. Modulated magnetic field was produced in the target body using electromagneticsm. Magnetic sensor was installed in the penetration fuze to measure the magnetic field direction while penetrating target, and record the reversals of the magnetic field direction. The simulation results show that the changes of the magnetic field intensity were proportional to the changes of the excitation current, the cycle of the modulated magnetic field was four times of the pitch of the coil, which enables to could calculate the penetration depth.
