摘要
本文举例说明前推连杆组合式(马勒里式)举升机构设计方法。文章选择各构件的几何尺寸、液压缸型号、各铰支点的坐标,计算出液压缸的伸长量、推力、工作压力及拉杆拉力,与所选液压缸额定值对比,确定设计的合理性。
The paper illustrates the devise method of the forwards pushing connecting rod combined lifting device. The paper chose geometry dimensions and oil cylinder model of various components, chose the coordinate of every joints pivots. Following it accounted the stretch, pushing force, operating pressure and force on dragging rod. Compared with the oil cylinder and verified its rationality of design.
