摘要
现有的注水工艺维护费用过高、能耗大 ,增加了油田的开发成本 ,同时难于测试与控制注水层的注水量 .研制了由微机控制系统、传动系统、调节器等组成的注水井分层测控系统 ,实现了多油层的分层注水及注水量的测试、调整和控制一体化 ,尽管增加了一次性投资 。
The water flooding technology now available is not practical due to higher maintenance cost and difficulties in testing and controlling. The separate test and control system for petroleum water flooding consists of microprocessor control system and drive system and regulator and so on. It realizes separate petroleum water flooding in some oil layers and testing and controlling the volume of water flooding. The system results in an increase in the cost of the first investment, but it reduces maintenance cost and improves the whole oil field economic performance.
