摘要
介绍了MOA的工作原理以及等效电路,分析了相间杂散电容干扰问题由来,并根据MOA泄漏电流的特点提出了一种消除相间杂散电容干扰的方法,并对该方法进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,该方法能有效消除相间杂散电容干扰,并与目前现有的方法相比具有明显的优势。
The paper presents MOA working principle and equivalert circuit and analyzes stray capacitance mtenerence and interphase. According to MOA leakage current characteristic, a method of cancelling interphase stray capacitauce in- terference. The method is simulated. The result shows that the method can efficiently eliminate the stray capacitance in- terference of the interphase. It is of distinct improvement compared with the method available.
