日粮中添加复合酶制剂对临高猪生产性能和肉品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究日粮中添加不同剂量酶制剂对临高猪生产性能和肉品质的影响,选取健康、体重接近的断奶临高猪96头,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组设3个重复,每重复8头猪,其中1个对照组,不添加酶制剂,3个试验组,分别为试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.3%、0.5%的复合酶制剂。试验期为45 d。结果表明:(1)试验组临高猪的日增重、采食量和料重比显著高于对照组。(2)试验Ⅱ组的日增重和料重比显著高于试验Ⅰ组,高于试验Ⅲ组。(3)日粮中添加复合酶制剂显著影响临高乳猪肉的pH值,而对临高乳猪的屠宰率、滴水损失和熟肉率的影响差异不显著。综合认为,复合酶制剂的添加能够对临高猪的生产性能和肉品质产生影响,生产中建议断奶临高猪日粮中复合酶制剂的添加量为0.3%。 In order to investigate the effect of complex enmyme on growth performance and meat quality in weaned Lingao piglets, a total of 96 healthy Lingao piglets with average initial weight were randomly divided into four treatments with 3 replicates of 8 piglets per replica4 and one control group, without addition of complex enzyme, 3 experimental groups, group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ, respectively, added 0.1%, 0.3%and 0.5%complex enzyme in the basal diets. The experimental period lasted 45 days. The results showed that:(1) the average daily gain, feed intake and feed/weight of experimental groups Lingao piglets were significantly higher than the control group. (2) The daily gain and feed/ weight of group II were significantly higher the experimental group I, and higher than the experimental group III.(3) The addition of complex enzyme in lingao piglets diets significantly influenced the pH of lingao piglets meat, but there were no significant influences on Lingao piglets slaughter rate, drip loss and cooking loss. was conclusion, the growth performance and meat quality could be influenced by the addition of complex enzyme in Lingao piglets diets, and it suggested that 0.3% complex enzyme was added on diet in weaned Lingao piglets.
