摘要
员工激励体系建设是一项系统工程,需要考虑众多因素的影响,文章在研究基于Logit模型的基础上,对烟草公司员工激励体系建设影响因素进行了具体分析,提出了一些策略。
The construction of staff incentive system is a systematic project, needing to consider the impact of many factors, based on the Logit model, factors affecting the construction of incentive system for employees of tobacco companies are studied in detail in this pa- per, and some strategies are put forward.
