摘要
通过对高炉内焦炭和焦炉煤气的热平衡分析,推导了焦炉煤气替代焦炭的理论置换比计算公式。计算出典型焦炉煤气的置换比为0.486kg/m3。同时对影响置换比的各主要因素进行了分析,为高炉喷吹焦炉煤气提供了理论参考依据。
Based on the analysis of the thermal equilibrium of coke and coke oven gas in blast furnace, a formula for the calculation of replacement ratio of coke by oven gas was inferred. For the typical composition of coke oven gas, the result of replacement ratio is 0. 486 kg/m3. In the meanwhile, the main factors influencing the replacement ratio were discussed. The results offer a theoretical reference for injecting coke oven gas into blast furnace.
