摘要
CT6- 7硫磺回收催化剂是载有多种活性金属组分的多功能硫磺回收催化剂。它具有优良的物化性能、良好的有机硫水解活性、克劳斯活性及脱氧、受硫酸盐化影响小的综合性能。通过工业装置侧线试验表明 :模拟硫磺回收装置一级反应器工况时 ,过程气中微量氧可以通过催化剂脱除 ,脱除率接近 10 0 % ;过程气中有机硫可以大部分转化为硫化氢 ,并进一步转化为元素硫加以回收 ,COS转化率接近 10 0 % ,CS2 转化率 >90 % ;催化剂具有良好的克劳斯活性和稳定性。此外 ,机械强度≥ 2 0 0N/粒、磨耗≤ 0 .5% (m/m)、堆密度 0 .65~ 0 .75kg/L 。
CT6-7 catalyst for sulfur recovery is a multifunctional catalyst loading with some activating metal components.CT6-7 catalyst has integrated good physical and chemical properties,hydrolysis ability of organic sulfur,Claus reaction activity, ability of oxygen scavenging and sulphation resistance.The side-stream test on industrial unit showed:under the condition of the first Claus reactor,the trace oxygen in the process gas can be removed completely by the catalysts,and the conversion of COS approaches 100%,and the conversion of CS 2 is > 90%.The catalysts exhibits high Claus reaction activity and stability.In addition,the crushing strength of the catalysts is≥200 N/single sphere,the rate of wear loss is≤0.5%,the bulk density is about 0.65~0.75 kg/L.
