磁共振报告基因示踪神经干细胞的研究进展

Research progress on neural stem cell tracing with MR imaging reporter gene

摘要 近年来,随着分子影像学技术的进步,细胞示踪技术取得了长足的进步.为了能够对移植后的神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)及其分化细胞与宿主自身神经细胞加以鉴别和示踪,经常需要在干细胞移植前对其进行合适的标记.同时,研究人员非常希望能够在合适的示踪剂帮助下,利用无创伤性影像学技术识别移植后NSCs,活体监测NSCs在脑内的存活、迁移、整合乃至成瘤情况,借此来正确评价NSCs移植的疗效,并作为客观评价神经功能恢复程度的指标.当前细胞治疗在临床多种疾病的应用逐渐开展和深入,如何示踪和定量到靶器官或病灶的细胞是急需解决的问题,也是细胞治疗临床推广应用的关键技术之一[1],特别是干细胞治疗以及以干细胞为载体的基因治疗是目前医学领域的研究热点.
