^18F—FDGPET／CT诊断儿童朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症一例 被引量：6

摘要 患儿女，1岁9个月。2011年9月发现有眼眶外侧一黄豆大小包块，未予特殊处理。后包块呈进行性增大并伴右上臂不适。体格检查：右眼眶外侧上方软组织肿胀，局部包块无移动。当地医院右肱骨X线片示：右肱骨中段溶骨性改变（图1a）；MRI检查示：有眼眶外侧新生物伴骨质破坏伴明显强化（图1b，1c）；相关实验室检查未见异常。临床诊断：
