摘要
美国结直肠外科医师协会（ASCRS）致力于通过先进的科学手段，不断获取新的循证医学证据．宾时更新临床实践指南，引领结直肠及肛门部疾病的最新治疗．为患者提供高质量的医疗服务。我们应该清楚地认识到，国际上的指南都是根据本地区的临床证据得出的．对于直肠癌的治疗．本指南主要起到参考、指导临床实践的作用，而并不是严格规范。我们应当准确地了解他们真正的内涵，根据中国国情，客观地分析国际指南对我们的指导作用，结合临床多学科的协作，为我国直肠癌患者提供最优治疗策略。
The American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons is dedicated to ensuring high-quality patient care by advancing the science, prevention, and management of disorders and diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus. It was created to lead international efforts in defining quality care for conditions related to the colon, rectum, and anus. We shouht also realize that this Guidelines based mostly on the best available evidence, furthermore, most evidence originated fiomlocal area. These guidelines are inclusive, and not prescriptive. These guidelines are intended for the use of all practitioners, heahh care workers, and patients who desire information about the management of the conditions addressed by the topics covered in these guidelines. It should be recognized that these guidelines a not inclusive of all proper methods of care or exclusive of methods of care reasonably directed to obtaining the same results. The uhimate judgment regarding the propriety of any specific prneedure must be made by the physician in light of all the circumstances presented by the individual patient.
