摘要
为了提高发动机油料中广泛采用的烷基磷酸酯及其胺盐添加剂的功能 ,笔者利用酯化反应和酰胺化反应合成出一系列聚醚膦酸酯酰胺类清净分散剂 ,通过模拟试验与台架对比试验考察了它们的清净性能。结果表明 ,聚环氧丙烷膦酸酯酰胺 ( PPA)作为清净分散剂用于汽油或含汽油的二冲程汽油机油的混合油中 。
Alkyl phosphates and its amides have been widely used in engine oil. A series of modified polyether phosphate amide additives was synthesized by esterification and amidation. The results of simulated experiments and engine bench scale experiments showed that polyepoxypropane phosphate amides(PPA) which were used in gasoline and lubricant of 2 stroke engines possessed excellent anti deposit and detergent capability.
