阐述了一套基于PLC控制的固体推进剂药柱切片机系统,该系统采用西门子S7-200系列PLC作为控制核心,TD-200作为人机界面,采用西门子步进电机进行步进切片;该系统操作方便、界面友好,实现了固体推进剂药柱切片的隔离操作。
The article describes an slicing machine control system based on human-machine interface to display the working condition of slicing machine, actuating mechanism. The system has friendly HMI and easy operation, operators. Siemens PLC S7-200. The system uses a TD-200 as applies a Siemens stepping motor and driving system as can improve the working efficiency, and protect the operators.
