摘要
大型桥梁建设项目施工营地污水水量波动大,污染物含量高,不经处理直接排放的污水会造成周边水环境的严重破坏;目前施工营地污水处理设施以化粪池初级处理工艺为主,处理效果较好的传统好氧处理工艺较难推广,为此文章结合崇启大桥项目环境管理经验,从制度保护、技术支持和运行监管3方面对污水的治理方向进行探讨,实践证明3项措施的实施可以降低施工期间的环境污染。
In construction encampment of large-scale bridge construction project, the discharge of wastewater changes a lot and with high pollutant content, discharge directly without processing will destroy water environment around seriously. In present, primary treatment technology of septic - tank is widely used as wastewater treatment facilities of construction en- campment, while aerobic treatment process is more difficult to popularize which is more effective. Combining with environ- mental management experience of Chongqi bridge project, this paper analyzes the wastewater treatment orientation from as- pects of system protection, technical support, supervision and management. It is proved that the application of the three measures could decrease environmental pollution in construction period.
