以重庆市某110kV智能站实际运维为基础,探讨开展智能变电站二次系统运维管理所涉及的制度建设和人员培训模式。
Taking the operation and maintenance of a 110kV intelligent substation in Chongqing for example,this essay probes into the system construction and personnel training mode of the operation and maintenance management of the electrical secondary system of the intelligent substation.
