摘要
通过对高校学生班级问题分析,从班级氛围营造、班级目标制定、班级制度规范、班级干部培养、班级活动凝练、班级资源开拓和班级建设考评七个方面对高校班级建设途径进行了探究。
Through analyzing the problem of class construction in university, the article explored the ways of class construction in seven aspects,which are class atmosphere, goal setting, system specification, class cadre cul- tivation, class activities, class resources development, and class construction evaluation.
