摘要
采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、光学显微镜(OM)、流变分析等方法,研究了超细疏水SiO2(UF-SiO2)的物理化学特性及对丁羟衬层流变性的影响。研究表明,超细SiO2表面经二甲基硅油处理后疏水性增强,在丁羟衬层中易分散,可形成均匀、致密的网络结构,对丁羟衬层的触变性有显著的改善效果。随UF-SiO2用量的增加,丁羟衬层的触变环面积增大,其触变性随之提高,UF-SiO2用量为0.8~1.6 phr时,可赋予丁羟衬层优异的工艺性能。此外,UF-SiO2用量在0~1.6 phr范围内,对丁羟衬层本体力学和界面(衬层/推进剂)粘接性能均无明显影响。
The physical and chemical properties of ultrafine-hydrophobic SiO2 (UF-SiO2 ) as well as its effect on the rheological behavior of HTPB liner were studied by FTIR ,TGA, OM and theology analysis. The results show that the treated uhrafine SiO2 with dimethyl silicone fluid could be dispersed in HTPB liner uniformly and formed networks, which improved the rheological behavior of HTPB liner remarkably. The area of thixotropic loop of HTPB liner became larger with increase of UF-SiO2 ,0.8 - 1.6 phr of which could offer HTPB liner with excellent forming technologies. In addition, there were not remarkable effects of 0 - 1.6 phr UF-SiO2 on mechanical and interracial bonding properties of HTPB liner.
