摘要
目的 研究经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)检测 60例海洛因依赖者的脑血流动力学的变化。方法 采用 2MHz脉冲探头经枕窗、颞窗检测颅内动脉。结果 海洛因依赖者脑底动脉收缩期峰值血流速度明显高于正常对照组 ;脑底动脉收缩期峰值血流速度改变与海洛因滥用时间呈正相关 ,不同滥用时间之间有显著性差异。
Objective To study cerebral hemodynamics condition changes of 60 caes of heroin addicts with transcranial doppler ultrasound (TCD) were examined.Methods Folw alteration in basal cerebral arteries and extracranial with a pulsed 2MHz.Results The systolic peak velocity of bottom cerebral arteries in heroin addicts was much higher than the normal control group.Middle cerebral arteries(MCA),arterios(PCA),basal and vertebra arteries (BA.VA),the changes of systolic peak velocity were positively related to the duration of heroin abuse.There were significant differences among the abusers with different lengthes of abusing time.Conclusion The increase of systolic peak velocity of the bottom cerebral arteries can be caused by heroin abuse.
