摘要
针对0Cr18Ni10Ti方钢在进行350℃高温拉伸检测过程中规定塑性延伸强度RP0.2数据出现异常,通过对试样相关检测过程进行跟踪梳理,判断出跟重复修改螺纹相关。改善措施是加工该类高温拉伸试样须按照检测设备夹具的实际尺寸进行一次成型加工,以避免产生加工硬化,影响试样的同轴度。
Focusing on the abnormality specified plastic extension strength RP0.2 data of 0Cr18Ni10Ti square steel occurred in 350℃high temperature tensile test, through detailed analysis of sample correlation detection process, it was judged that this had been related to repetitive modifying threads. The improvement measures were fully fashioned process must be applied to machining high temperature tensile samples depending upon the actual size of the test equip?ment fixture, so as to avoid work hardening and affect sample axiality.
