摘要
三向SX-815E型自动生产线实训装备可以模拟一个与实际生产情况十分接近的控制过程,使学习者得到一个非常接近于实际的教学设备环境,从而缩短了理论教学与实际应用之间的距离。但是,在教学过程中,因各种原因,在调试过程中经常出现中断。程序中断后需要手动操作机械机构才能复位,既消耗了学生宝贵的实训时间,又在一定程度上加大了设备的损耗。本设计是探讨自动生产线在设计、调试过程中如何做到循序渐进,从手动、单步、单周期逐步进行调试,而又不需要使用复杂的IST功能指令,使得学生更容易掌握自动生产线在设计、调试的一般过程。
The training equipment of three-way SX-815E autonomous production line is a typical training platform constituted by furnishing, carrying and sorting and other work units and systematically adopts the technology of electro motion, gas dy- namic and transducer driven. It can simulate a control process which is close to actual production status and make learners get a relatively real teaching equipment environment so as to reduce the distance between theoretical teaching and practical application. But due to various reasons in the teaching process, the debugging process often suspends and even some students' procedure designs arc not rational, leading to the simultaneous execution of many actions and the collision risk of equipment. The interrupted procedures need machinvry's manual manipulation to reset, which not only wastes students' precious training time and also increases the loss of equipment to a certain degree. The design discusses how to gradually debug from manual operation, single step and single cycle during the autonomous production line and debugging process so as to make students easily grasp the general designing and debugging process.
